Ride Vehicle Editor Plugin

Hey everyone! The Ride Vehicle Editor plugin is a great tool to have in OpenRCT2! It allows you to switch vehicles to a different type, it allows you to move your vehicles to a different location on the track or on the map, and it allows you to edit your ride stats!
