Hey everyone! Rollercoaster Tycoon has a few rides in the game which are based on older ride types, and the Reverser Roller Coaster is one of those. Its wheel and track design allows it to reverse the vehicles in special track sections. You will not find any real Reverser Coasters in the world anymore, so you'll have to come up with a design on your own! Personally, alongside the reversing tracks I also like to add some spikes to the track where the trains can also reverse. Be careful with negative G-forces though, as these vehicles can fly off the track!
You are allowed to make teams of up to two people in this round!
Rule 1: You have to build Reverser Roller Coaster. You must use the Reverser Roller Coaster track, but you are allowed to splice in short sections of other track. The track must have at least one reverser element.
Rule 2: You must use the Reverser trains that came with RCT2 or one of its official expansions.
Rule 3: The deadline for this contest will be on the 26th of November at 19:00 CEST!
Rule 4: For this contest, you are only allowed to use objects from the RCT1 and RCT2 base game and their official expansions, OpenRCT2-official objects, and custom objects that are included in the DKSO v3.1 bench. Custom objects that are not in the DKSO v3.1 bench are not allowed, so make sure you don't use those. You are also allowed to use a custom palette if you want.
Rule 5: The maximum map size for this round is 3000 tiles. This number will be calculated by multiplying the size of the map edges. You could for example make a map that is 60 x 50 tiles, or 54 x 55 tiles.
Rule 6: There is no limit to the amount of opened rides you can have in the park.
