The Ferris Wheel ride you can place in RCT2 is a very small ride.. Real Ferris Wheels can be much bigger than that! In OpenRCT2, you are actually able to make a much bigger Ferris Wheel by using some tricks! It can be quite tricky to make a big Ferris Wheel look good, but the end result is usually worth the effort!

I typically use a long train of river rafts, which move along a circular track. Along the circular track are two vertical merges which serve to make the boats turn around in the other direction. You can also make one of these custom Ferris Wheels by shoestringing, which is currently my preferred method because it gives you more control over the ride duration and speed, but the method from the video also still works!
