Git Gud 061 - Making a Realistic Powered Coaster!

Hey everyone!

A lot of parks, especially in Europe, have a powered coaster! A powered coaster is a coaster where motors in the trains actually propel the trains forward. They typically don't have any big drops, but usually just follow a track layout filled with twists and helixes. Most of these coasters have just one train, which travels through the layout several times for each ride.

These coasters are great to have in your park if you want to add a family ride! They are typically not very intense, and are quite easy to build. Some of these rides, like the one at Legoland Billund first have a dark ride section, before it starts accelerating at some point in the track. For a ride like this, it might be better to use the normal mine train coaster vehicles instead, and simulate the powered section with a fast chainlift!
