Gerstlauer Opens New Theme Park “Gerstlauer Wiese” in Norway
Norway – With the official opening of the new theme park “Gerstlauer Wiese,” Gerstlauer is setting another milestone in the international amusement industry. Numerous guests from industry, politics, and media attended the event.
A special highlight is the premiere of the world’s first Stand-Up Sled Coaster, presented by Gerstlauer for the first time during the opening.
Mr. Snox also attended the event in person together with his security team A-Team Security. Gerstlauer emphasized the successful cooperation with Snox Steell.
Snox Stahl also presented a new attraction in the park: the company’s second roller coaster named “Air Hunter.” The first installation, “Steel Hunter,” had already attracted attention within the industry.
A new attraction from the German company Heinz Karussell Bau was also introduced. The ride “Crazy Bob’s” is a swinging attraction that moves back and forth.
After the official opening ceremony, the Gerstlauer Management and Mr. Snox visited the new Park section. Another attraction is currently being built there: an alpine coaster by Wiegland GmbH & Co. KG, which also highlighted its cooperation with Snox Steel. The new section is scheduled to officially open on March 6, 2026.
