RCT1 Taiwan Park

Hey everyone! Taiwan Park is a Rollercoaster Tycoon 1 scenario that came bundled with the Taiwanese version of Rollercoaster Tycoon. It is a map that is shaped like the island Taiwan, and has a pretty simple scenario goal where it requires 500 guests by the end of year 3.

OpenRCT2 now has added support for this scenario. Someone has recently put up this scenario for download in a reddit thread, which you can find here. To make sure it stays available even if the reddit thread gets lost or deleted, I have decided to also make the scenario available here on my website.

To use it, unzip the file, and put the SC4 file that is inside in your RCT1 scenarios folder. If you got RCT 1 through steam (RCT Deluxe), the location would usually be something like C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RollerCoaster Tycoon Deluxe\Scenarios.

If you have RCT1 linked to OpenRCT2 in the game options, the scenario should show up under the 'Extras' tab. If it doesn't show up there, make sure you are playing on a recent develop version of OpenRCT2, and try deleting the file scenarios.idx in your OpenRCT2 folder so the game regenerates it. The next time you start up OpenRCT2 Taiwan Park should show up under Extras.
