In 1909, surveyors in the hills of Timber Heights discovered tin, and several mines were quickly dug in the region. One of these mines was owned by Nigel Forest, an up and coming millionaire from a poor farming family. He was a kind man, and was known for miles around for his devotion to the community. Despite owning a lot of land, he refused to keep it to himself, instead leasing most of it to the local community as a public park, on the grounds it be well kept and maintained, and that his estate house be left alone. Unfortunately, he died before his dreams could be realized. With no known inheritor, his estate was abanonded and fell to ruin.

In 2025, a public project was initiated to restore the park, and bring awareness to Nigel Forest’s legacy. They gave it the name “Blooming Heights”, and constructed walking trails to attract public interest as they waited for funding to pile up. Despite barely scraping by with enough money, the estate and its park had been fully restored by mid-2025. The park proved to be quite popular with the town of Timber Heights. The park still stands today, and seems set to continue existing for many years to come.
