Misty Island Park, Part 1: The Island

An eccentric cryptozoologist named Gull discovers pirate treasure on a seldom visited island. Believing even more riches are hidden there--including the legendary Dragon Diamond--he uses the treasure to buy the island outright. Searching for months, but finding nothing, he sells temporary logging rights to an outside company to help him clear the land and uses that money (and some of their equipment) to start a small theme park.
