The park is located in a historic district in Scotland and has a rich and varied past. Between 1920 and 1950, the site was home to a whisky distillery, before being transformed into a mixed-use industrial park in the 1950s. In the 1990s, it became an amusement park, which closed around 2000 and subsequently fell into decline.
In 2026, the area was comprehensively revitalized by investor Mr. Z. Snox and partners. The result is a unique district inspired by the 1930s.featuring: rides, restaurants, shops, and residential homes.
Today, the site blends living, working, and leisure, creating a vibrant environment with a distinctive historical charm.
