After his logging camp shut down, Logger Lou decided to convert the park and land surrounding it into a small theme park. With a few renovations and some repurposed equipment, Lumberjack Landing reopened to tourists, featuring Logger Lou’s Long Log Drive as its signature attraction; a log flume ride that still uses portions of the old water channels once relied on for real logging work.
