Upon retirement 10 years ago, Nadia and Mathieu bought a picturesque villa in Sault in South-eastern France. Recently, they developed their garden into a small lavender farm. Their two sons, Antoine and Guillaume, visit their parents in the summer months to help run tours on the property for those visiting the area to watch the beautiful crop bloom. Across the river is a popular picnic spot for tourists, a relaxing space to watch the river flow or the train pass over Roquefort bridge.
