Welcome to GTA Vice City, I took one piece of the map & built it, The Ice cream factory were you sell illegal goods out of the mr whoopee trucks, you'll see some of tommy's guards standing outside & inside the factory & you'll find Lance Vance dead in the storage garage after betraying Tommy. hope you enjoy my entry
