the few remaining Mardi Gras Dancers got locked behind the Prison California, for not enough clothing's in the eyes of the dictator in place. All they have now is food under burgers, so they become less tin and such will be shameful of showing their body and would wear actual clothes, alongside multiple guests that don't want to actually wear anything... even few normal guests (those with default clothing) got lock up because of the policy of never letting out anyone entering the prison. (Is that a reference from the hit music Hotel California?) Anyways, guests can ride the "Mardi Gras Cartel Chase" ride, which is a small Junior Coaster with the obvious pursuit cars from one of the expansions as they feel nice with the prison set.
