The scene is from Lord of The Rings 3 - Return of the King. Frodo and Sam have arrived at Mount Doom and just threw the One Ring into the lava. Gollum jumps after it and sadly drowns/burns to death. The rest of the park is very plain because only few people ever manage to climb Mount Doom, but there's Elven Lembas and Hobbit Ale as refreshments in case they make it.
